- This project is a part of the whole restructuration of the old docks of Genova into an entertainment centre completing the existing 10-screen Cineplex multiplex cinema and restaurants. The centre will comprise 7 MS (13.100 sqm of GLA), 60 shops (8.100 sqm ), 14 restaurants (3.500 sqm), leisure activities (14.000 sqm). Developer : Altarea.
