Carrefour Milanofiori Assago

A major redevelopment for one of the most successful Carrefour hypermarket in Italy. The first phase of the extension opened in October 2004 : the hypermarket (refurbished and extended :+ 4.000 sqm), 31 shops and 2 medium-sized stores (Saturn, Cisalfa). Second phase (15th of June 2005) : nearly 70 new shops and the extension of the parking lot (about 4.000 parking units). The food court forms the heart of the shopping arcade, while the five medium sized-stores are located on each aisle of the shopping centre. The shopping hub is completed by outdoor medium-sized stores like Scarpe & Scarpe. The centre was renovated in 2017. Investor : Roma Leasing and Carrefour (after Klepierre).
