Milanord2 (ex Auchan Cinisello Balsamo)

Milanord2 is a large retail project situated north of Milano which will be developed around the former Auchan Cinisello Balsamo shopping centre (reopened end September 2007 on 41.000 sqm with around 110 stores and largest hypermarket in Lombardia but closed end 2015). Milanord2 will offer 200.000 sqm of retail area with about 300 shops and is scheduled to open end 2022. 41.000 sqm will be dedicated to open-air leisure activities.The site, served by two metro lines, will have to compete with Westfield Milano.
