Shopping and entertainment center on 2 levels near the historical center (near Strada Garibaldi) and anchored by a 7-screen The Space cinema (ex Warner). A 110-room, 5* hotel (Grand Hotel de la Ville), a cooking school and academy, some 110 appartments, and office areas are completing the scheme. H&M opened there its first store in Parma in 2006.
