Project Bronze: Sale of the Pradera European Retail Fund 2 Portfolio

An affiliate of MCAP Global Finance (UK) has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 6 shopping centres in Spain and Italy, totalling 90,000 sqm (the “Bronze Portfolio”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
