Lion Capital sells HEMA to Dutch billionaire

HEMA, one of the Netherlands' largest retail chains, said on Thursday it will be bought for an undisclosed sum by investment firm Ramphastos Investments, owned by Dutch billionaire Marcel Boekhoorn.
