Yuzhnaya Galereya (YUG) is situated in Simferopol, capital city of Crimea. The primarely catchment area has a population 250 000 inhabitants and it covers the centre and all areas north of the centre in the west, north and east of Simferopol. The shopping center is located on the on biggest highway of the city, which has strong touristic traffic and alredy became shopping destination for villages around. The anchors are Furchet hypermarket (9600 sqm), Comfy (1464 sqm) as well as Jusk furniture store. Planned second phase of Yuzhnaya Galereya will have 1 level, cinema, good concept and design (RTI), good number and distributions of anchors. YUG is planned as a regional shopping center destination in Crimea.
