PROSPECT site lies on the Desnjansky district of Kiev at the junction of two major roads, one being a radial highway leading directly to the centre of the city. Primary catchment area is about 675000 people. The Metro station lies a few hundred meters to the north and a tram line runs along the main highway. Vehicular access to the site is from the main highway feeding into a large surface car park in front of the Shopping Centre building. Additional parking is proposed on the roof with the main access point in the south -western corner of the site.
