Raffles City Chongqing is strategically located in the heart of the Yuzhong district of Chongqing. It will comprise a shopping mall and eight towers for residential, office, serviced residence and hotel use, with a total gross floor
area of about 817,000 sq m. The shopping mall will have a total gross floor area of 222,000 sq m and is targeted to be opened in 2017.
With a total investment value of about RMB 21bn (€2.6bn), Raffles City Chongqing is CapitaLand Group’s biggest investment in China and the largest by any Singapore firm in the country.
