As investment advisor to joint venture Silk Road Holdings, TIAA Henderson Real Estate has helped the team secure further development
sites following the initial acquisition of Florentia Village Jingjin in 2011.
Florentia Village Guangzhou, located in the Nanhai District of Foshan, Southern China is being developed into a 45,000-sq m designer outlet centre boasting premium Italian, international and Chinese brands. Florentia Village Guangzhou will complete in May 2015.
