Tesco Warszawa-Gorczewska

Tesco Warszawa-Górczewska (previously known as Hit) was the first hypermarket of Hit and the first real hypermarket in Poland. When first built in 1994 the hypermarket was 7000m2 GLA and on the 14/08/2002 the extension of the centre increased to 12900m2 GLA. Also giving more leasable space for middle range service and fasihon stores at the same time the parking was increased to just under 990. Mid 2002 Tesco brought all Hit hypermarkets in Poland. Since then, Tesco has also filled in more of the leasable space with a mix of Polish and local retailers. The hypermarket was recently extended by 1.000 sqm and modernized. The shopping arcade was also extended by 1.000 sqm.
