- Dom Handlowy Smyk was first built in 1952 and is also very well located on the corner of ul. Krucza and al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. It's very well anchored with a Smyk (children's fashion, toys and accessories) department store, the largest in Poland. Also with one of the first Mc Donald's in Warsaw and even Poland, with its frontage on al. Jerozolimskie. It will be expanded by 10.000 sqm on the site of the current car park and the neighbouring office building along Bracka Str. Waiting for administrative authorizations. Opening scheduled in 2012 or even later.
