Previously this three-level centre was known as the Reform Centre. C&A opened in September 2004. Inditex Group (with Zara, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius and Bershka) and Marks & Spencer opened in 2009. TK Maxx opened October 2010. Toys R Us opened there its first store in Poland. The food court was extended and relocated to the second floor. It now accomodates 14 units. The former food court area now welcomes a 1.700 sqm H&M. Ownership : Blue City Company (Singspiel Investeringen fund).
