Ferio Wawer Shopping Centre

The Ferio Wawer Shopping Centre is located in the Wawer region of Warsaw, on the site of the former Zwar factory, some 18 kms and to the south east of the city centre. The nearest competiters (on the right side of the Wisła river) to the centre are King Cross Praga and Promenada, however both are approx 10 kms away. Next is Sadyba Best Mall, however they're on the left side of the Wisła River. So the location is good and competition is far enough for this centre to survive off the surrounding communities. It's located just next to the Warsaw Międzylesie train station. The master plan was approved in November 2012. Developer : RE Project Development.
