A compact centre in a highly populated area of Sosnowiec, developed by Mayland. Real took over the hypermarket operation from Geant. In 2010, Pradera acquired the shopping centre along Tulipan in Lodz and Kometa in Torun for 40,2 M Euros. Folowing the selling of all the Real stores to Auchan, the Real hypermarket had to be closed wether sold (along 7 other units). The owners decided to close the shopping centre in June 2016.
