MDP Entertainment Center Silver Screen

Echo Investment developed this entertainment centre anchored by a Silver Screen Cinema and the usual cafe and food retailers. It's not far from the intersection of ul. Piotrkowska (the main high street in Łódź) and ul. Piłsudskiego. To the other side of this centre, is the Galeria Łódzka shopping centre by ECE, which opened on the 23rd of October 2002. This area or Łódź should become even more popular with foot traffic and another place in Łódź to spend sometime shopping or at the cinema. The retail mix is of little interest to fashion retailers, however service or food/restaurant retailers could be interested. Echo sold it to Catalyst Capital in 2007.
