This Focus Mall Piotrkow Trybunalski, as it says is located in Piotrkow Trybunalski, approx. 40 kms from Lodz. It's located almost in the city centre in an area well known for retail trading, within the city. In March 2012, it was acquired (along with the other Focus Malls) by Aviva Investors from Centaurus. In 2016, Rockcastle acquired Focus Mall Piotrkow Trybunalski from Aviva for 49 M €. In 2017, Carrefour replaced Tesco as the food anchor.
