- "Stary Browar" Shopping, Business and Art Centre is one of the most interesting centres in Poznań and Poland. It is located at the end of the pedestrian high street, ul. Połwiejska, which has a very high frequency of foot traffic. The main anchor is a Piotr & Pawel supermarket, completed by very well known brands from Poland and abroad. The extension of the site (27.000 sqm, some 110 new shops) opened March 10th 2007 with new anchors like Esprit, Sephora and an Alma Supermarket. In 2015, Grundbesitz Europa acquired Stary Browar from Fortis Nowy Stary Browar for 290 M€.
