A factory outlet centre and entertainment centre near the city of Alcochete, on the south bank of Tejo River (near the Vasco de Gama bridge, about 20 minutes from Lisbon). Currently the largest outlet in Europe. In January 2012, a 1.500 sqm extension of the factory outlet was inaugurated with 10 new shops. End 2014, Via Outlets, the joint-venture formed by APG, Hammerson, Meyer Bergman and Value Retail, acquired it from the Carlyle Group along with Kungsbacka in Sweden and Excalibur in the Czech Republic.
