This is the second Ikea in Warsaw strategically located on the other side of the Vistula River, along with the first Decathlon store in Poland (5.184m2). The second phase of the project is the creation of the shopping arcade of 14.000 sqm (inaugurated in April 2006). A month later saw the opening of the Park Smakow, food court. The third phase was the Domoteka, a shopping arcade of some 80 shops dedicated to housewares (24.000 sqm - opened 20/09/2006). It could be completed by a factory outlet developed in joint-venture by Ikea and McArthurGlen (see McArthurGlen Targowek).
