Europa Passage connects the quarter south of the Jungfernstieg, Balllindamm and Mönckebergstraße, which are both of Hamburg's most important traditional shopping areas. Five levels are occupied by the shopping arcade and the upper floors accomodate 30.000 sqm of office area. It is now the largest shopping centre downtown Hamburg. The top floor of the shopping arcade will accomodate a new food court with 5 restaurant by 2018.
