Place d'Arc

Located in the town centre, next to the pedestrian precinct and attached to the train station, the Place d’Arc SC is the largest SC in Orléans. Other than the Carrefour hypermarket, it boasts 65 units including several anchor stores: H&M, Zara, Mango (the 6-screen multiplex cinema Pathé closed in 2016). Built on paving stones, it takes up most of the rue de la République. It also benefits from traffic generated by the central coach station (coach and tramway) located underneath the paved way. A project of remodelling/expansion is under study. In 2014, Unibail Rodamco sold Place d'Arc to Carmila.
Situé en centre ville, en bordure du plateau piétonnier et adossé à la gare SNCF, le Centre Commercial Place d'Arc est le plus important centre commercial d'Orléans. Outre un hypermarché Carrefour, il accueille 65 commerces dont plusieurs enseignes locomotives : H&M, Zara, Mango (le cinéma multiplexe de 6 salles Pathé a fermé ses portes en 2016). Implanté sur dalle, il domine la rue de la République. Il bénéficie aussi des trafics générés par la gare routière centrale (bus et tramway) située sous cette dalle. Un projet de rénovation/extension est à l'étude. En 2014, Unibail-Rodamco a cédé Place d'Armes à Carmila.
