Auchan La Lezarde

With the Océane SC, the Lezarde shopping centre, situated on the ring road to the west of Le Havre, is the largest SC on the outskirts of the conurbation. Apart from the Auchan superstore, it has a shopping arcade with around fifty shops and a Flunch cafeteria. There are also a large number of medium-sized stores, some of them situated directly around the perimeter of the car park: Darty, Leroy Merlin, Décathlon...In April 2009, Boulanger was authorized by local authorities to open a 2.840 sqm store. The site was revamped and extended (about 30 new shops and 5 MS stores) between 2014 and 2018 (Immochan/Sopic).
Situé à l'ouest du Havre, en bordure de la rocade, le Centre Commercial La Lezarde, est avec le Centre Commercial Océane, l'équipement de périphérie le plus important de l'agglomération. Il comprend outre l'hypermarché Auchan une galerie marchande d'une cinquantaine de boutiques (dont une cafétéria Flunch). Il est complété par un important parc de moyennes surfaces, dont une partie situées directement en bordure du parking : Darty, Leroy Merlin, Décathlon... En avril 2009, la CDAC a autorisé l'ouverture d'un magasin Boulanger de 2.840 m2. Le site a fait l'objet d'une importante rénovation et extension (une trentaine de nouvelles boutiques et 5 MS) entre 2014 et 2018 (Immochan/Sopic).
