This centre has been open for over a year now and has a very impressive number and assortiment of retailers. The centre has some big name retailers, but has also empty units which have been that way since openning. Tesco (formerly Carrefour) with 14 990 sqm is the main anchor with other retailers providing a mixed assortiment of goods and services. Euro Mall Ventures (TK Development) sold it to Meinl European Land Ltd (now Atrium) for 36 M € in 2005.
