A 4-level shopping and entertainment centre developped by Sonae and ING (50/50%) and designed by Robert Stern where the top floor is occupied by a 8-screen multiplex cinema (Cinesa). It is the main commercial part of the large urban development "Abandoibarra" including 73.500 sqm of office area, 78.500 sqm of residential area, a Sheraton hotel, a university library...), on the left bank of Nervion river, opposite to the University "de Deusto". CBRE / Sonae (50/50) sold Zubiarte to Activum for 31 M € in 2016.
