When this E. Leclerc for opened it has direct visability from the very busy road, al. Jerozolimski. But over the years on the land in front of this centre has been slowly built up with more and more offices, giving E. Leclerc less visibility. Also the fact that Reduta, Blue City, Centrum Skorosze and Tesco are all within it's catchment area has taken it's toll on the hypermarket and the retailers. The mix of retailers is low end service, fashion and local retailers. The centre can boast over 500 parking places underneath the hypermarket, the rest at ground level. Fressnapf opened there its first Maxi Zoo unit in 2012.
