Socri (developer) and Tranchant (a company managing casinos) were chosen by the City of Cagnes sur Mer to develop this commercial hub located between Cagnes sur Mer and Saint Paul de Vence (against the project of Ikea). It includes a 4.500 sqm casino, medium-sized stores and shops (39.000 m2) around an open air mall reminding a village of Provence. 3.000 underground parking places were created. The project is to be completed by hotels and housing. The project was authorized by local authorities in November 2006. Le Printemps (9.1000 sqm on 3 levels), Botanic and a 10-screen cinema are its main anchors. In January 2013 Unibail-Rodamco joined Socri to develop the project. Several international brands chose to open there their first store on the "Côte d'Azur".
Les sociétés Socri (promoteur) et Tranchant (exploitation de casinos) ont été choisies par la municipalité de Cagnes sur Mer pour développer ce pôle commercial situé entre Cagnes sur Mer et Saint Paul de Vence (au détriment du projet Ikea). Il inclut un casino de 4.500 m2, des moyennes surfaces et des boutiques autour d'un mail à ciel ouvert (39.000 m2), dont l'architecture est inspirée d'un village provencal. Le parking souterrain offre 3.000 places. Le projet sera complété par des hotels et des logements. La CDEC a donné son feu vert au projet en novembre 2006. Le Printemps (9.100 sqm sur 3 niveaux) Botanic et un cinema multiplex de 10 salles ent sont les principales locomotives. En janvier 2013, Unibail-Rodamco s'est associé à Socri pour développer le projet. Plusieurs enseignes internationales y ont implanté leur première unité sur la Côte d'Azur.
