E. Leclerc Tomasza Zana

E.Leclerc Tomasza Zana is the first hypermarket built in Lublin and has the best results for Poland, so this was the reason to build another one. It's located to the west and approx. 3 kms. from the city centre and virtually opposite the second E.Leclerc. It's also the largest of the hypermarkets in Lublin. The centre has all its parking on the 0 level with some service retailing, with the hypermarket and all the other retailing on the +1 level. The gallery, is a mix of local retailers offering middle range fashion and service retailing, with no avaliable units to be leased. Within 500 meters of the centre you have a large Media Markt and Komfort as stand alones, with some other retailers all within an easy walk of the centre. This is the reason why this has become a real destination part of the town. In march 2006 the 2nd phase openned adding a further 30 retail units on the -1 and 0 level.
