The first phase of the Fashion House Outlet Centre in Piaseczno (on the outskirts of Warsaw) occupies 12 000 m2 and the other 7 000 m2 came in the second phase of the centre in August 2006. The third phase was inaugurated in November 2007. It is the second outlet centre in Warsaw, the other being the Ursus Factory by Neinver, which opened end 2002 and was the first ever outlet centre in Poland. Like other Fashion House Outlet Centres this one is inspired by the Stare Miasto ("Old Town") in Warsaw. Deutsche Bank acquired the Polish Fashion House portfolio (3 assets) in 2017.
