Remodelling of the "Pasing" railway station's area to create a new city centre on plots of land freed by Deutsche Bahn. The scheme includes office and housing building as well as 17.000 sqm of retail area. It will be developed in two phases by Aurelis (a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG) and MFI/BayernImmo. First phase opened in March 2011. An extension of some 7.000 sqm for 60 shops and 300 new parking places opened February 2013. In July 2011, MFI acquired the 49% stakes of Bayernimmo in the shopping arcade.
