- ZAC des Cents Arpents is located, by the RN20 next to the Carrefour Cap Saran shopping centre. It accomodates a retail park including medium-sized stores like Conforama, Casa, Aubert... Together they form one of the strongest shopping hubs of the conurbation. Cardety is currently developing a 29.000 sqm retail park close to the shopping centre (see Cap Saran Retail Park).
