- Megapark is a shopping hub mixing medium-sized stores, an open-air shopping gallery and an entertainment centre anchored by an 10-screen + 1 Imax screen Yelmo multiplex cinema. First phase opened end september 2004. A 16.000 sqm Ikea superstore opened in March 2005, Media Markt (then Saturn) and Surcouf superstores in november 2005. The Yelmo cineplex opened June 2006. Arcona Iberica sold it to Resolution Property for some 200 M Euros in 2006. The new investors decided to transform the shopping arcade initially scheduled (10.000 sqm GLA, some 60 shops and 3 medium-sized stores) into the first factory outlet of the region : "Park Avenue", accomodating some 60 shops on 20.000 sqm. (see Park Avenue). In september 2015 Lar Espana Real Estate acquired the shopping hub for 170 M€.
