A 4 storey shopping arcade located at the corner of Schlosstrasse and Walther Schreiber Platz, on the former Hertie site. The U Bahn station "Walter Schreiber Platz" is located right next to it. The car park occupies the three upper floors. It is anchored by Rewe, Toys 'R' Us, DM... The centre was remodelled to accomodate Primark since July 2012 on 5.000 sqm. Developers : Tenkhoff Properties / AMB Generali Immobilien. In August 2013 Redefine acquired it from CMC Capital for 93 M €.
