Havel Park

Two-level shopping centre located in the western outskirts of Berlin, by the B5. Anchored by Kaufland, it also accomodates several medium-sized stores like Adler, B1 Discount Baumarkt, C&A... It was renovated in 2002. In January 2014 Morgan Stanley and Redos acquired Havel Center (along with 3 other shopping centres - Kaufpark Eiche, Kaufpark Dresden and Wust Center Brandenburg forming the Christie portfolio) from a consortium lead by Prudential. Madison acquired the Morgan Stanley stake in the Christie portfolio in December 2016.
