- Initially developed by DGAG (Die Deutsche Grundvermögen AG - Pirelli) this project aims to revitalize Eckhoffplatz and makes it again the retail heart of the Lurup district. Anchored by a Kaufland hypermarket, Lurup Center mainly accomodates services, food and gastronomy stores (chemist's shop, backery, drugstore...). 400 parking places are situated on the roof. The whole square was also renovated. In 2009 Norddeutsche Grundvermögen Bau- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft took over the development of the centre and sold it to CBRE Global Investors for 44,4 M € in June 2014.
