Shopping arcade located on Alexanderplatz right next the "Roten Rathaus" (Red City Hall) and opposite the "Fernsehturm" (Television Tower). It is anchored by a Plus supermarket, which is the largest one in Berlin (1.300 sqm) and a bowling centre (2.500 sqm). Since 2006, it used to accomodate on the first floor, on more than 10.000 sqm Tip Auto Teile, a megastore dedicated to cars. In 2015, it was partly replaced by Decathlon on 6.000 sqm which expanded on 8.500 sqm in 2017, making it the largest sports store in Berlin. Developer : WBM Gruppe.
