- Development of a business park on a 14-hectare former industrial site (Elf) and opposite to the Champ Roman area (zee ZAC Champ Roman-Glairons) and in the vicinity of the Géant St Martin d'Hères shopping centre. It mainly accomodates Ikea (19.900 sqm of sales area authorized in May 2006), Lapeyre and L'Entrepôt du Bricolage (transfered because of the new tramway line). First store to open : Lapeyre in January 2007. Ikea : October 17th 2007.
- Développement d'un parc d'activités de 14 hectares sur un ancien site industriel (Elf, en face de la zone Champ Roman (voir ZAC Champ Roman-Glairons) et à proximité du centre commercial Géant St Martin d'Hères. Il accueille essentiellement Ikea (19.900 m2 de surface de vente autorisés par la CDEC en mai 2006), Lapeyre et l'Entrepôt du Bricolage (qui font l'objet d'un transfert en raison de la construction de la nouvelle ligne de tramway). Première ouverture : Lapeyre en janvier 2007. Ikea : 17 octobre 2007.
