Prague The Style Outlets

This project is located next to the major road leading Praha to Chomutov (more than 100.000 vehicles a day) close to the Vaclav Havel Aiport. Originally developed by B Consulting Srl, then Palcor, the project is now managed by Dreitonel (PPF Group) which acquired the scheme in bankruptcy proceedings. Dreitonel also acquired an adjacent land for further expansion. The Prague Outlet is set to become the Czech Republic's number one mshopping destination. In 2016, Neinver joined the Prague Outlet to develop is under the Style Outlets brand. The first phase, inaugurated Spring 2018, welcomes some 115 shops on 20.000 sqm.
