- Hala Koszyki is the remodelling of the former market hall, located near Konstytucji square, into a shopping arcade with approx 10 000 m2 GLA, with approx. 160 apartments. It accomodates a small supermarket. In September 2012 Avestus sold the project to the Griffin Group (joint venture Cornestone/Chelsfield).
