Kingsgate shopping centre is located dowtown Dumferline, 22 km north of Edinburgh. When opened in 1985, the shopping centre anchored by Marks & Spencer offered 19.510 sqm of retail area and accomodated some 50 stores until its recent 15.000 sqm, two-level extension inaugurated in August 2008, which added 27 new stores including a 6.500 sqm Debenhams department store, JJB Sports, New Look. The centre now welcomes some 190.000 visitors a week. Owner : Mivan.
