A large redevelopment scheme located on the waterfront of Edinburgh, some 3 km north of the city centre. Developed by Granton Central Developments, it comprises three major areas of development: Granton Harbour, Western Harbour and the Port of Leith. 9.000 sqm of retail area, 4.200 sqm of leisure and 2.100 homes are planned. The project was granted planning consent end 2015. An extension of the Ocean Terminal shopping centre, located in this area is also under study.
