The Corvin project was the redevelopment of a downtown plot located between the Ullöi Bld (87.000 vehicles a day) and Prater Str, right next to Ferenc ring road and the Corvin cinema. The scheme included 15.000 sqm of new office area, 3.000 apartments, 11.700 sqm of retail area located at the ground floor of the buildings on a pedestrian promenade (mostly dedicated to cafés and restaurants) and a 34.350 sqm shopping arcade of some 140 shops "Corvin Plaza". Two metro stations of line 3 service the site. Developer : Futureal Group. Investor : Klepierre (100% of the shopping centre).
