- A local two-storey shopping centre in Berlin Wedding which accomodates some 12 stores including Kaufland, Kik, Reno, Rossmann. It is located between the Brunnenstrasse and the Swinemünder Brücke (bridge), just next the Gesundbrunnen train station. Its aim is not to compete with the Gesundbrunnen Center but to complete its commercial offer. Developers : HLG Projekt Management/IKB Deutsche Industriebank.
