- Old generation shopping centre located in the centre of Bramley, in the western outskirts of Leeds. This shopping centre could be revitalized with the opening of Tesco in September 2008 replacing Somerfield which left the centre in October 2007 two years after its opening (which itself took over Morrison). The shopping arcade is currently under remodeling/expansion. It was since 2005 a property of CReAM (Stockland-Halladale) which sold it to New River Retail end 2010. In August 2014, New River sold it to Rockspring for 18,5 M £.
