- Completing The Centre shopping centre (ex Almondvale centre) and the Livingstone fashion outlet, there are three retail parks both owned and managed by Land Securities. The first one "Almondvale retail park" represents 10.336 sqm for 11 units (including Harveys, Pets at Home) and 520 car places. The second one "Almondvale South retail park" opened in 2002 represents 13.910 sqm for 6 units (Sainsbury's, Toys R Us) and 648 car places. An extension of some 3.720 sqm is under study. The third one "Almondvale West retail park" offers 10.925 sqm for 6 units (Matalan, TK Maxx) and 430 car places. It opened in 1986 and is right next the Livingstone designer outlet. December 2009, opening of a 1.850 sqm PC World-Currys store, the former Currys unit was taken over by Dreams. In 2014, Land Securities sold Almondvale West retail park to Hines and HSBC Alternative Investments (along with The Centre Livingston). It will undergo a refurbishment.
