- Two-storey shopping arcade located in the Ottensen district between the Altona railway station and the Mercado shopping centre on the site formerly occupied by the "Bismarckbad" swimming pool. It accomodates a 2.700 sqm Conrad Electronics store. C&A opened here its first Avanti unit in Hamburg (since closed). Union Investment Real Estate acquired the building in 2010 for 60,5 M €. In 2020 Müller will open a 2.600 sqm store.
