Located in northern suburbs of Hamburg (Norderstedt), this two-storey shopping center is anchored by a Peek and Cloppenburg with 3,500 m², Rewe supermarket, H&M as well as C&A (1.200 sqm) . A Karstadt department store is right next to it. 256 apartments above the center. Originally opened in 1971, then extended in 1995.It was once again extended in 2003. In November 2011 Deutsche Euroshop acquired the shopping centre from Prime Nordestedt GmbH for about 187 M €. The section called *De Gasperi Passage* (Karstadt, Saturn, Rewe...) recently renovated was acquired by TH Real Estate from the Joint-Venture ABG/Matrix Immobilien in 2016.
