Project of regeneration of the town centre of Macclesfield developed by Wilson Bowden Developments. It includes a 7.430 sqm Debenhams department store, an 8-screen multiplex cinema, some 50 shops and 55 apartments. The planning application was approved by the Cheshire East Council in June 2013. Macclesfield is a city of 50.600 inhabitants located south of Manchester.
