- Hochtief and the City of Munich have developed the new bus central station "Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof" or ZOB. Inspired by airports, it accomodates 29 gates. Located right next the Hackerbrücke metro station (30.000 users daily) and in the immediate vicinity of the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof), it includes a shopping arcade, the "ZOB Passage" (6.400 sqm) which also aims the 42.000 inhabitants of the Maxvorstadt district as well as the employees of the office buildings located in the vicinity. Lidl, DM, Vapiano are some of the tenants. The scheme also includes 3.200 sqm of entertainment and 8.200 sqm of offices. In 2014, WealthCap acquire the building from Hochtief.
