The Harburg Arcaden is a three-storey shopping arcade located in the heart of the pedestrian area of Harburg (9 km south to Hamburg) with C&A, P&C and Karstadt as neighbours and in the vicinity of the S-Bahn Station (Harburger Ring) and the City Hall. Since fall 2004, it has to compete with the Phoenix Center. With these two shopping centres, the number of shops in Harburg grew by 60%. In April 2014 MFI sold Harburg Arcaden to Patrizia Immobilien.
